  • ⛔ Change of Mind

    Pitchside Threads does not offer refunds for change of mind, including:

    • Choosing the wrong size
    • Preference changes
    • Comfort issues
    • Deciding you no longer want the item

  • ✅ Faulty or Misdescribed Items

    Under the ACL, customers are entitled to a remedy if an item is:

    • Faulty
    • Damaged
    • Not as described
    • Not fit for purpose

    If an item qualifies, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

  • 📌 Replica / 1:1 Jerseys

    Our products are sold as rep/1:1 jerseys.

    This means:

    • The design closely replicates the official version
    • Minor differences in material, texture, or comfort are normal

    These variations are not considered defects.

  • 🚚 Shipping

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty.
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • 📦 Return Conditions

    For a return to be accepted (where applicable):

    • The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
    • All original packaging and tags must be included
    • Proof of purchase is required

    Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration may be rejected.

  • 🔄 Store Credit

    If a return is accepted for a non faulty item, we may provide:

    • Store credit equal to the product value (excluding shipping)

    Store credit is issued at our discretion and is valid for 2 months.
